Our project will be situated in scenic natural settings near major metropolitan areas such as New York, Boston, Chicago, and other large cities in the northeastern and midwestern United States. Each retreat will become an integral part of the ecosystem, designed to offer guests a serene escape while maintaining accessibility to city dwellers. Our vision is to create self-sustaining spaces that offer guests not only a place to unwind but also an opportunity to connect with nature and experience its gifts — breathtaking landscapes, fresh air, the tranquility of silence, and the peaceful strength of the natural world.
Each location will be thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the landscape, preserving its original beauty. The grounds will feature eco-mobile homes, camping zones, communal spaces for recreation, and sports areas. We aim to create a place where people can disconnect from urban life, immerse themselves in nature, and still enjoy the comfort they seek.
More than just a retreat, this project represents a conscious approach to conserving and enhancing nature. We’re creating places that minimize human impact on the ecosystem while actively supporting and fostering its growth. The advantage of these locations lies in their role as natural sanctuaries, preserving local flora and fauna and promoting biodiversity.
Every base will support ecological initiatives, from tree planting and land restoration to soil enrichment and the cultivation of native plants. We choose areas that are remote from large cities but close to smaller communities, providing job opportunities where they are needed most and inviting city dwellers to experience these unique, natural destinations.
